Rixson's Checkmate 99 series electromagnetic holder is just what is required for doors that need to be held openbut already have perfectly good door closers! The 99 Checkmate non-detectored aspart of an established building alarm system. The Checkmate 99 can be used with any make or model of door closers (except overhead concealed). Even floor closer installations lend themselves to this product. Suited For: Electromechanical action -- no closer supplied. For doors with floor closers or surface mounted door closers. Single point hold open - To hold open at 90, door must open to 93. Best suited for cross corridor doors. For doors 2'8' to 4'0' UL listed - Compliant with ANSI/BHMA A156.8 and A156.15 standards - BHMA certified - ANSI/C00511/C00521 Rixson's Checkmate 99-Series overhead electromechanical door holder is designed to work with doors that already have great door closers but they need to be held open. The 99-Series are non-detectored, as part of an established building alarm system . These holders have a holding force of twenty-five to thirty-five pounds and their wiring can be surface or concealed mounted.
